Friendly staff; wonderful hot breakfast with bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy; waffles; scrambled and boiled eggs; fresh fruit; assortment of breads & pastries; cereal; oatmeal; various coffees, tea & hot cocoa plus juices! Convenient location right off freeway. Great stopover spot for our traveling family mid-journey.
Could use some updates - stained carpets & showers. Missing knob on furniture.
well the whole hotel was nasty rooms landscape everything no security bad part of town
Pool and hot tub were very clean and very big! The staff was very friendly and helpful to me.
It advertised a hot tub, which was dirty and non functioning. The carpets and ceiling were filthy. When u walked in the tile floors your shoes would stick to them. The room was dark and dingy. Could wait to leave.
The staff was rude and unfriendly, the amentities were disgusting (dirty bathroom, cold hot tub, old television.) The sheets on the bed were stained. The hotel charged more than Booked.net did.
Nothing really; the hotel was disgusting and I nearly left the hotel.
The quality of the room: dirty carpet, hard beds, rude staff, and unattentive staff.
It was easy to get on and off when you left the motel the staff was friendly
The hall wy rugs ere dirty the web said full breakfast although it wasn't the had toast ceraljuice rolls no eggs or sausge the last night there we had no tv or air dull to a thunder storm
chose this motel for location, price, pet-friendly & reputation
Was assigned to room already occupied. Hotel halls, etc. were unbelievably dirty - stains every 3 feet along corridores. Entry areas were dingy & dirty. Furniture was worn out (fabric worn completely away on chair).
Tired and aging facility. Poorly maintained, numerous stains in hallway carpet. Pool was closed.
Everything worked without a hassle. For a budget hotel it was okay. The furniture is a bit run down. The place is clean, the shower works, water is hot, the room is spacious. I just stayed over night so cant say much more.
The image of run down opulence is unwelcome. Either fix the furniture to be really nice, or else just get something new. I am guessing that most guests are just here for a few days and are looking for just a functional accommodation. So if everything is clean, fresh and works well, it is sufficient. We are not looking for luxury at $50 a night!
It had a refrgerators and microwaves.
Well, one of the main reason for staying was the continental breakfast. But instead just waffle, cereals, and things of that nature.
We chose this hotel due to the location and the pictures it showed on the internet. The rooms looked spacious and decorations were pleasing to the eye. .
The furniture (chair) had big holes in the arms and was soiled. Nothing as to what the picture on the internet showed. Mainly there was only one bath towel and I called the front desk and was told they did not have anymore and it would be morning until they could get us one. Now what kind of a hotel would run out of bath towels. No effort on the staff part was made to at least try and accomodate us. Go figure, I just felt like I was interrupting their evening. Thats all I have to say.
You were only allow one towel per room! Not a full breakfast on weekends only on weekdays they say. I'm sure on weekdays they will tell you only on weekends. Staff could care less about your stay. Halls hot and stinks, carport dirty.
I did not like the service at the Ramada in Shreveport
The service was poor, there were not enough towels, the beds were hard.
When there was a problem with our first room we were given an upgraded room without our requesting it. The room was clean, quiet and large.
The lobby was very hot. Weekend breakfast hours ended promptly at 9:30am. There are many stairs and several levels although I will say the stairs have a low grade and are easily maneuvered.
